About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Michael Page. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services
- Source and pursue new business leads, utilizing multiple online resources and industry connections
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client needs
- Accurately maintain CRM activity logs, pipeline, forecasting, and monthly reports
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs, including revenue targets and client satisfaction metrics
Requirements:
- 1+ years of commercial sales experience in a business-to-business setting, preferably in a recruitment agency or sales-focused environment
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter with a drive to learn and adapt to new situations
- Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines
