Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team at Automated Systems Design. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Business Development: Utilize your skills and expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed annual sales targets, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to achieve business objectives and drive results.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver effective presentations and sales materials.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Commercial Construction Experience: Experience in the commercial construction industry, including new builds, renovations, and retrofits.
