- Contribute to weekly sales meetings by sharing innovative ideas aimed at improving sales margins based on consumer insights.
- Thoroughly manage assigned territories and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions to optimize sales in those areas.
- Engage in ongoing sales and leadership development through weekly meetings, webinars, and collaborative calls with top Sales Account Manager Interns nationwide.
Qualifications for Success:
- A college degree or relevant experience in account management or sales/marketing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to navigate challenges and resolve issues effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to build and sustain productive customer relationships to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A competitive spirit, with a desire to excel beyond peers.
- Previous leadership experience in related roles is advantageous.
