Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with business owners through various channels including marketing, cold calling, referrals, and online leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify any coverage gaps.
  • Market and sell Commercial Line insurance policies.
  • Address inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage options.
  • Familiarize yourself with our products, services, and operational systems.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by adhering to established processes.
  • Support agency growth by promoting new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in operational computing skills, with a typing speed of 45+ WPM (familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Browsers).
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in independent work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
