We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Eflex Recruiting. Our client is a prominent provider of water management solutions tailored for commercial building projects. Established in 2003, the company has built a strong reputation in the industry and fosters a supportive work environment that prioritizes family values and career growth.

This position requires onsite presence in a collaborative workspace. The standard working hours are from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotes for standard products and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared.
  • Develop quotes for custom products, including creating Bills of Materials (BOM), pricing lists, and technical diagrams.
  • Organize and maintain documentation for product panels, including submittals, specifications, sales sheets, and drawings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Job Duties:

  • Assess and comprehend customer needs and specifications.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the products available.
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders, and relevant data sheets.
  • Follow up on pending quotes and maintain an updated quote log using NetSuite.
  • Assist the Outside Sales team as needed.
  • Identify and direct qualified leads to the VP of Sales for further engagement and closure.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Technical knowledge of product offerings is essential.
  • Mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.

Education and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience with plumbing systems in commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in inside sales is required.
