About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Eflex Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality quotes to clients, ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of product offerings, with mechanical aptitude a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone presence and presentation skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
