Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Sales Specialist to enhance their Commercial Sales Division. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in commercial roofing sales and demonstrate a strong ability to foster client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Expand the Commercial Sales Division through organic growth.
2. Manage and nurture client relationships while identifying potential new contracts.
3. Handle incoming leads and support internal marketing initiatives.
4. Provide training for new sales personnel and estimators as required.
5. Contribute to achieving overall sales objectives.
6. Develop and implement strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
7. Maintain accountability for personal sales goals.
8. Oversee project management for sales and estimators.
9. Uphold the company’s vision and conduct all business in alignment with established policies and procedures.
10. Support and embody the company’s core values.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in Commercial Roofing Estimation preferred; 2+ years in sales required.
- Experience in construction and commercial sectors preferred.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to take ownership and resolve issues effectively.
- Acceptable driving record and auto insurance.
