Compensation:

$60,000 at plan commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with management and essential stakeholders to assess commercial insurance requirements against available products and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Stay informed about all insurance coverage provisions, industry trends, regulations, and relevant legislation to ensure clients fully comprehend their coverage options and services.
  • Assist clients' management teams by providing guidance on commercial insurance policies, emphasizing personalized service for both current and prospective clients.
  • Help clients mitigate the risk of insurance claims by delivering reliable risk management assessments.
  • Clearly articulate the company's competitive advantages and key differentiators to maintain existing client relationships and secure new business through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the insurance sector as a producer for commercial lines.
  • Possession of a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License.
  • A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, sales, marketing, or related fields is required, along with a high school diploma.
  • Comprehensive understanding of available insurance policies and their unique features.
  • Ability to advise clients on pertinent policies through a solid grasp of commercial enterprise structures and processes.
  • Applicants must be located in Texas.
