Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team at HNTB, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and success. This will involve:
Coordinating and leading the development of high-quality proposals and presentations that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop winning strategies.
Providing expert-level support in the use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign, and other communications-related software programs.
Developing and implementing sales tools and sophisticated sales practices to drive business growth and success.
Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
10 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry, with a proven track record of success in proposal development and business growth.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign, and other communications-related software programs.
Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of success in proposal development and business growth. If you have:
Previous experience in the AEC industry leading pursuit efforts.
Adobe InDesign knowledge.
