Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team at HNTB, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and success. This will involve:

  • Coordinating and leading the development of high-quality proposals and presentations that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop winning strategies.

  • Providing expert-level support in the use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign, and other communications-related software programs.

  • Developing and implementing sales tools and sophisticated sales practices to drive business growth and success.

  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry, with a proven track record of success in proposal development and business growth.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign, and other communications-related software programs.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of success in proposal development and business growth. If you have:

  • Previous experience in the AEC industry leading pursuit efforts.

  • Adobe InDesign knowledge.
