Role Overview

As a Lead Recruitment Specialist at Michael Page, you will engage in a dynamic and fulfilling role that presents daily challenges and opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your designated market.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process from initial interviews to final offer acceptance.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both established and prospective.
  • Utilizing various online platforms to search, source, and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Building strong partnerships with clients to enhance their talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conducting thorough in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior recruitment consultants.
  • Participating in the proposal development process, including crafting and presenting proposals.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, either on the client or candidate side.
  • Experience in full desk recruitment, particularly in permanent placements.
  • Proven track record in prospecting and business development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other recruitment tools.
  • A positive, results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional development in sales.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • A willingness to learn and grow, demonstrating coachability and curiosity.
