Your Responsibilities:
We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our workforce. The successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, which encompasses sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional talent.
Your contribution will be vital in developing and sustaining a robust talent pipeline to align with the company’s growth and strategic goals.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for diverse roles using our ATS on a daily basis.
- Identify candidates, review resumes, and conduct interviews regularly.
- Engage in routine team discussions to formulate recruitment strategies and share progress updates.
- Facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) to guarantee precise and current candidate data.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new employees.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and industry best practices.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience in recruiting for technical positions, such as software development.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
