Role: Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global HR Team and contribute to the international expansion of our organization.

As a Technical Recruiter at Adyen, you will be positioned in one of our rapidly expanding offices, focusing on the daily recruitment activities for Technical roles within our North American locations. Collaborating closely with the Global HR Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our North America Technical recruiting capabilities by identifying, selecting, and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for various technical positions across multiple teams.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives and explore creative methods for talent acquisition.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while screening and engaging potential hires that align with the Adyen ethos.
  • Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to innovate and enhance the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the global recruiting team on strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, and partnerships.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing passive candidates in a high-tech environment.
  • A genuine passion for sourcing, recruiting, and securing technical talent.
  • A proven history of developing talent pipelines and managing diverse search strategies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to establish structure and prioritize effectively.
  • High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Chicago area.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
