Position Overview:
Intercare Recruitment is collaborating with a distinguished surgical facility in search of a dedicated Anesthesia Specialist to enhance their medical team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various locations, providing essential anesthesia services.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering anesthesia care in multiple healthcare settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
Position Features:
- Mobile anesthesia role, involving travel to different facilities as needed
- Work schedule: 33-36 hours per week, typically five days, with optional Saturday shifts
- Shift duration: predominantly 6-hour shifts, with occasional 8-hour shifts
- No on-call duties, weekends, or holiday shifts required
- Focus on gastrointestinal procedures, comprising 80% of the workload
- Board Eligible/Board Certified candidates are encouraged to apply
- Flexible compensation structure: W-2 or 1099 options available
- Attractive base salary range of $325K-$350K, along with a sign-on bonus and a monthly car allowance of $500
- Generous benefits package including 6 weeks of vacation and comprehensive health coverage
