Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase student recruitment and retention rates, including outreach and engagement with prospective students, families, and community partners.
- Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to promote our programs and services.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of interested students and families to support targeted outreach and engagement efforts.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new programs and services that meet the needs of our students and families.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to our leadership team on recruitment and retention efforts, and communicate effectively with students, families, and community partners.
- Education: Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, retention, or community outreach, preferably in the education sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in database management and reporting.
