About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while generating leads.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from initial interviews to final offer stages.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both established and prospective.
  • Utilize various online platforms to search, source, and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Forge strong partnerships with clients to assist in their growth by delivering effective recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough in-person interviews to assess candidates comprehensively.
  • Guide and mentor junior recruitment consultants within the team.
  • Participate in the proposal development process by crafting and presenting proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions effectively.
