We are in search of a highly proficient recruiter to join our team and assist us in identifying the right candidates for various roles.

The ideal applicant will possess extensive knowledge of the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for a range of open positions, aiding managers in finding, hiring, and retaining exceptional candidates.
  • Develop, enhance, and execute innovative recruitment strategies and procedures.
  • Ensure a consistent candidate experience and cultivate strong relationships with each hire while managing their interview journey.
  • Identify and attract top talent across all departments, building a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Advise leadership and HR on strategies to position ClimateAi as a premier employer in the climate sector.
  • Expand your skill set beyond recruitment and contribute to programs throughout the entire talent lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of comprehensive tech recruiting experience, preferably in a rapidly growing startup environment.
  • Experience in hiring technical professionals (data scientists, software engineers) at all levels.
  • International recruiting experience (particularly in Mexico/LATAM) is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and creativity throughout the hiring process.
  • Experience with recruiting software and other HR tools.
  • Self-sufficient and eager to take ownership of significant hiring initiatives.
  • Above all, a genuine passion for contributing to the fight against climate change.

Location:
Remote opportunities available.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position for employees in the US is $150,000-200,000.

This salary range may encompass various career levels at ClimateAi and will be refined during the interview process based on multiple factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, business needs, and US location.
