Position Overview

As a Lead Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you will take on a dynamic and multifaceted role that presents daily challenges and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects while generating leads.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from initial interviews to final offer negotiations.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both established and prospective.
  • Utilize various online platforms to search, source, and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Forge strong partnerships with clients to facilitate their growth by delivering optimal recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews to thoroughly assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruitment consultants within the office.
  • Participate in the proposal development process by crafting and presenting proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and service rates with clients.
