Job Title:
Executive Assistant with Customer Support Expertise The Executive Assistant will deliver extensive support to our clients and their clientele.
This position encompasses overseeing administrative duties, organizing schedules, and managing customer communications while upholding a professional and friendly attitude. The ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous, and adept at handling sensitive information with confidentiality.Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm; Friday - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Total: 40hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
Clerical Duties:
Responding to phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting inquiries as needed.
Calendar Management:
Coordinating calendars, arranging meetings, and setting appointments.
Email Coordination:
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Data Management:
Updating and maintaining records in spreadsheets.
Client Support:
Addressing inquiries and providing information to clients.
Administrative Assistance:
Offering general support to other team members and departments.
Project Support:
Assisting with special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
A degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant. Background in a customer service role is beneficial.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity.
Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
