Position Overview:
This role is a vital support function for the president of a leading distributor in the pharmaceutical and nutritional supplement sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft and manage high-level communications with both vendors and clients.
2. Oversee all forms of correspondence, both international and domestic.
3. Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the president.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage trade show logistics.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific discipline such as chemistry.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a C-level executive administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-up.
- A keen interest in understanding the broader aspects of the business.

Work Environment:
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, ideally suited for candidates located in North/Central NJ or Sarasota, FL. The role is categorized as an Option-to-Hire position, providing an opportunity for long-term engagement with the company.
