Our mission is to streamline and enhance the banking experience for innovators and developers by providing integrated banking solutions that eliminate unnecessary layers and costs.
The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a seasoned credit expert who is eager to develop a robust credit portfolio without the cumbersome processes typical of conventional financial entities. You will join a dynamic team focused on driving growth and efficiency, with responsibilities that include managing asset-backed securities (ABS) investments, facilitating warehouse financing for niche finance firms, and establishing partnerships for loan origination. We seek an individual with a solid background in finance, particularly in underwriting consumer and small business loan portfolios, executing transactions, and overseeing portfolio performance. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying and implementing improvements within our processes.
This position offers a unique chance to influence various aspects of our lending operations and contribute to the strategic direction of our credit business.

- Handle funded transactions, including new portfolio acquisitions and borrowings.
- Identify and pursue overarching themes within specialty finance and structured credit.
- Collaborate with the team to source new lending opportunities.
- Work alongside technical teams to develop tailored tools for enhancing risk management and operational efficiency.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years in finance, preferably within a bank, asset management firm, or fintech focused on structured products and warehouse lending.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to critically evaluate investment opportunities across various asset classes.
- Proactive Attitude: Willingness to engage as an individual contributor and drive business initiatives forward.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, with options fully funded for employees and partially for dependents.
- Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) for pre-tax medical and dependent care expenses.
- 401(k) plan with self-directed brokerage options.
- Flexible time-off policy to support work-life balance.
- Paid parental leave.
- Catered meals for employees.
- Commuter benefits.
- Regular team-building activities and events.
