Role Overview
HSBC Innovation Banking specializes in providing debt solutions tailored for early-stage, high-growth, and publicly traded companies within the healthcare and life sciences industries. Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Vice President/Vice President of Credit Solutions within Innovation Banking, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with debt clients and potential prospects.
- Leading and managing the due diligence and deal structuring processes.
- Creating and maintaining a robust portfolio management framework to ensure timely and thorough reviews of financial performance for senior credit approvers.
- Engaging in proactive portfolio management to uphold credit quality and meet profitability targets.
- Staying informed about market trends, sector developments, and competitive dynamics while enhancing product and sector-specific knowledge.
- Providing leadership within the team, including coaching and mentoring team members.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of HSBC's banking products and market offerings.
Compensation
HSBC offers a competitive pay range for this role, typically between $175,000.00 and $250,000.00. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive Total Reward Package that includes a balanced mix of fixed and variable pay, along with a variety of flexible benefits designed to enhance your health, financial well-being, and overall lifestyle.
