Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about local market trends to address client inquiries regarding potential properties and neighborhoods
  • Engage with clients to identify their home preferences and fulfill their requirements
  • Follow up with potential leads to enhance sales opportunities
  • Oversee the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction experience for clients
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, fostering satisfaction and trust, which in turn boosts sales volume

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with technology
  • A proven track record in sales is advantageous
  • Excellent time management abilities and organizational skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, and eager for professional advancement

Compensation: $130,000
