Position Overview:
The Fitness Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in driving new membership sales and fostering relationships with our clients. This position involves welcoming new members, scheduling introductory classes, and supporting our existing clientele. While a background in fitness is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the sales process through lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Schedule and confirm introductory classes for potential members.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Conduct facility tours, understanding and addressing individual client needs.
- Maintain a personal sales target and contribute to the overall success of the studio.
- Promote the studio's mission as a leader in fitness and wellness.
- Present available services to prospective and current members.
- Achieve monthly sales goals through quality appointments and diligent follow-ups.
- Participate in community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure the studio environment is clean and inviting.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
