You will assist customers in selecting the ideal products, whether it be athletic apparel, work attire, footwear, or denim. Excelling in this position may lead to opportunities for advancement into a full-time supervisory role.

  • Welcome and assist every customer with enthusiasm
  • Engage in friendly dialogue to understand customer needs
  • Boost sales through effective suggestive selling techniques
  • Uphold store standards and ensure proper merchandise display
  • Carry out various tasks as assigned, including price checks and customer inquiries
  • Comply with company policies and strive to meet established objectives

Additional responsibilities at the front-end:

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
  • Maintain the register area according to store guidelines
  • Achieve company initiatives and objectives
  • Meet all company standards consistently

Skills and Requirements:

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Previous retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and persuasive abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous
  • Minimum age requirement: 16
