Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a critical role in resolving their medical balances.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients over the phone, actively listening to their concerns and assisting them in resolving their medical balances.
  • Negotiate and collect payments from patients in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge of healthcare billing and finance to help patients navigate the billing process.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and provide the best possible experience for our patients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
