Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Randstad. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service and support in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer calls and emails in both Spanish and English
- Provide accurate information about utility services, billing, and account management
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Process service requests, payments, and account updates
- Assist customers in setting up new utility services and transferring existing services
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Spanish language proficiency (6 years of experience is required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
