Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus in El Paso, TX. As a key member of our customer service center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills and knowledge of healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web browser.
  • Utilize standard technology and follow established procedures to perform job duties.
  • Assist customers with filling out online applications and submitting electronically to plan providers for processing.
  • Complete basic call log related to phone inquiries and refer calls as required to CSR Lead.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and participate in internal CCO training, in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish professionally and fluently.
