Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus in El Paso, TX. As a key member of our customer service center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills and knowledge of healthcare programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web browser.
- Utilize standard technology and follow established procedures to perform job duties.
- Assist customers with filling out online applications and submitting electronically to plan providers for processing.
- Complete basic call log related to phone inquiries and refer calls as required to CSR Lead.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work within established turnaround times and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and participate in internal CCO training, in both English and Spanish.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish professionally and fluently.
