Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving medical balances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients over the phone, actively listening to their concerns and resolving billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate and collect payments from patients, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in our organization.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in healthcare billing and finance, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional patient satisfaction and loyalty, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance, with a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
