Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at MAXIMUS. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and document all customer interactions using our systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Meet quality assurance and performance metrics, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Facilitate the fulfillment of customer requests for materials, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Transfer or refer customers to appropriate entities, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to designated staff for resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking customers, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with 0-6 months of relevant professional experience.
  • Must be fluent in English and the specified secondary language.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Must reside in or within 70 miles of El Paso, TX.
  • Must be able to work onsite during equipment training and complete classroom and on-the-job training with no time missed.
  • Bilingual candidates must be able to read, speak, and write in Spanish and English fluently.
