Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving medical balances.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients over the phone, actively listening to their concerns and resolving billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate and collect payments from patients, ensuring that their medical balances are resolved in a fair and compassionate manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that patients receive the best possible service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in healthcare billing and finance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance, including a strong understanding of HIPAA.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
