Position Overview

As a Customer Solutions Representative at BGT Interior Solutions, you will be integral to driving sales and providing exceptional customer support for our cutting-edge evaporative cooling products and Direct Luxury Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and demonstrate self-motivation
  • Implement effective strategies to foster business expansion
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and follow-up techniques
  • Identify prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities
  • Preferred familiarity with electronic systems
  • Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and challenges
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Be available to work occasional weekends and extended hours for events
  • Demonstrate effective planning and project management skills
  • Build trust and cultivate long-term relationships
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Meet lifting requirements as necessary
  • Collect lead/contact information and provide weekly progress updates
  • Represent BGT Interior Solutions in a professional manner
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in direct sales
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to quickly understand concepts in a dynamic environment
  • Strong closing abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Bi-lingual skills are advantageous
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel 30% - 40% of the time
