Incentives Offered:
We are pleased to provide attractive recruitment incentives to qualified candidates:
- $10,000.00 for Registered Nurses, Advanced Practice Nurses, Nurse Consultants, Nursing Supervisors, and Compliance Nurses.
- $7,500.00 for Licensed Practical Nurses.
- $5,000.00 for Certified Nursing Assistants.
Additionally, current employees can earn a $1,000 referral bonus for introducing new hires.
Position Overview:
The role involves delivering essential nursing services, which encompass direct patient care, health assessments, and coordination of healthcare services for residents. You will maintain regular communication with patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other departments as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Dispense, document, and manage medications accurately.
- Provide prescribed injections and vaccinations.
- Observe and report any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records on patient charts.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the Licensed Practical Nurse I position, candidates must possess:
- A valid Delaware Practical Nurse license, temporary license, or multi-state compact license.
For the Licensed Practical Nurse II position, candidates must have:
- A valid Delaware Practical Nursing license or multi-state compact license.
- A minimum of six months of experience as a Practical Nurse.
For the Licensed Practical Nurse III position, candidates must have:
- A valid Delaware Practical Nursing license or multi-state compact license.
- A minimum of eighteen months of experience as a Practical Nurse.
Additional Information:
This position is subject to a comprehensive selection process, including a pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
