Customer Service Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, text, and live calls, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Guide and empower customers throughout their journey with Cherie Amour.
  • Conduct outreach initiatives as part of our customer engagement program.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to the relevant manager or supervisor for further assistance.
  • Contribute to the development of our Customer Service team by sharing insights and feedback obtained from direct interactions with clients.
  • Enhance customer trust and satisfaction by delivering outstanding, personalized support.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in customer support or service roles.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
