Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive experience for our clients while meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.
  • Sales and Marketing: Overcome objections and become an expert in building custom packages to close sales, and complete marketing calls via our customer outreach program.
  • Communication: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email, text, and live calls quickly and effectively, and educate and empower our customers throughout their experience with Cherie Amour Inc.
  • Team Collaboration: Escalate critical issues to the appropriate manager or supervisor for support, and help develop our Sales team by relaying feedback and insight gained through first-hand experience with our clients.
  • Customer Trust and Satisfaction: Increase customer trust and satisfaction by providing amazing, personal appointments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to logically solve problems.
  • Experience: Preferable 1+ years in an office environment - sales experience greatly appreciated.
