Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Donation Processing: Assist donors in unloading acceptable donations, ensuring they are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Donation Sorting: Sort donations according to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest's requirements, ensuring that all donations are properly categorized and prepared for resale.
  • Donation Security: Ensure that donations are secure and properly stored, maintaining a clean and organized donation area.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports, as requested, to ensure compliance with Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest's policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with donors, colleagues, and supervisors.
