  • Menu Development and Management: Design, develop, and maintain standardized recipes for various applications, ensuring consistency and quality across all food and beverage outlets.

  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
  • Business Development and Partnerships: Work closely with AEG's business development team to identify opportunities for growth and partnerships that align with our culinary strategy.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Operations, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably with an arena, stadium, convention center, hotel, or contract food service management company.
  • Skills: Proven track record of leading large transformational projects, ability to identify and implement operating system support resources and performance analytics, highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
