Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Permanent Payroll Specialist to enhance our vibrant team within the construction industry. This position encompasses overseeing payroll functions, executing audits, managing ACH transactions, and generating financial reports.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll specialization, demonstrate proficiency in payroll systems, exhibit strong numerical abilities, and have a solid understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing payroll functions for staff
  • Performing payroll audits
  • Managing ACH transactions
  • Generating financial reports
  • Addressing payroll inquiries
  • Collaborating with the HR department
  • Keeping abreast of tax and labor legislation
  • Enforcing new policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll specialization
  • Proficiency in payroll software and ACH processing
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of payroll regulations
  • Professional demeanor and ability to thrive under pressure
  • CPP designation is preferred
