Employee Benefits Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Employee Benefits Coordinator. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in managing inquiries related to employee benefits and plans. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting benefit documentation and enrollment processes.

If you possess at least one year of experience in benefits administration and are eager to take on new responsibilities within a dynamic organization, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Compensation: Annual salary range of $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience.

Position Type: Contract-to-hire, with eligibility for medical, vision, and dental benefits after 60 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organizing informational sessions and distributing necessary documentation.
  2. Inputting benefit selections into relevant systems (data entry).
  3. Modifying benefit selections across various software platforms.
  4. Compiling and scanning benefit billing reconciliations for accounting purposes.
  5. Assisting employees and clients with enrollment forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  6. Providing general administrative support to the benefits department and HR team.
  7. Engaging in additional projects and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of one year of experience in benefits administration.
  2. High school diploma or GED; some college education preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Familiarity with various human resource disciplines, with a strong focus on addressing urgent matters.
  4. Understanding of federal and state employment and benefits regulations.
  5. Able to effectively manage multiple projects while addressing daily client needs.
  6. Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
  7. Exceptional organizational skills.
  8. Commitment to delivering results as promised.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and various stakeholders.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  12. Able to interpret reports and information within databases.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
