Position SummaryThe Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team in servicing independent brokers who market the Company's products, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations. This role will facilitate essential processes throughout the entire new business flow on behalf of the Regional Sales Directors and Regional VPs.
Please note: This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to broker partners throughout the quoting and underwriting process.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Company's product offerings to effectively represent the Company in the marketplace and support the office.
- Offer constructive feedback on the Company's processes to enhance office efficiency.
- Conduct data entry for quoting and underwriting information.
- Deliver requested quotes accurately and within agreed-upon timelines.
- Perform thorough reviews of paperwork to ensure all documentation for prospective clients is complete, collaborating with RSDs, brokers, and customers to gather necessary information.
- Support a designated group of RSDs in a collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to advance the Company's objectives.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Familiarity with health insurance is advantageous.
Base Salary Range: $50,000—$50,000 USD
