Key Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Coordinator, your duties will include:

1. Managing all aspects of payroll processing across multiple states accurately and promptly.
2. Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations and best practices.
3. Collaborating with the HR department to maintain accurate employee records.
4. Processing payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.

10. Compiling payroll reports for documentation and managerial review.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Payroll Coordinator position should have:

1. At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the automotive or engineering sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax laws.
3. Proficiency in ADP payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent data entry skills with a focus on precision and efficiency.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
6. Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
