We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for our business.

Your primary focus will be on selling merchant services offerings to businesses, including pricing, customer segmentation, customer presentations, account sign-up and activation, and account management. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

As a successful sales professional, you will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving business growth. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, and a proven ability to sell complex products and services to businesses. They will also possess industry knowledge of the merchant payment industry, with expertise in developing professional expertise, applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues, and working on problems of moderate scope.

This is a field sales position, with some business conducted over the phone. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000+, including uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
