Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Staff My Agency. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:
  • Insurance sales experience and Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
  • Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
