Cross Pointe Insurance Advisors is experiencing significant growth and expansion across multiple states. We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager for our expanding office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketing and servicing assigned accounts while providing support to Producers.
  • Processing documentation for new accounts and maintaining organized client information.
  • Following agency guidelines to determine marketing strategies for house accounts.
  • Identifying opportunities for account expansion and rounding.
  • Reviewing policy changes for accuracy and completeness, and coordinating necessary corrections.
  • Keeping senior staff informed of any discrepancies or potential issues.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in evolving insurance products and services.
  • Rate and quote new and existing coverage options using various rating systems.
  • Provide professional proposals and presentations on property and casualty products.
  • Assess acceptability and placement of applications or endorsement requests.
  • Collect premiums when applicable and manage renewal underwriting information.
  • Maintain organized underwriting files and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Collaborate positively with team members to ensure client-focused solutions.
  • Engage in industry and community organizations as a representative of the company.
  • Participate in training and seminars to maintain licenses and enhance skills.

This position allows for remote work with company-provided equipment, although occasional office attendance is required. Candidates should ideally reside in the surrounding area and possess or have previously held a Property and Casualty license. Compensation is provided on a semi-monthly basis.


Flexible work-from-home options are available.
