At SummitHR, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will work closely with executives and key personnel to identify, strategize, prioritize, and pursue new and existing opportunities.

This role requires excellent customer relationship skills, the ability to obtain leads and closings, and experience negotiating and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating revenue through sales of company services and conducting closings.

You will work directly with Senior Management to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, while continuously developing and feeding a sales funnel. This includes maintaining good customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, with a strong skill set that includes:

  • Retaining communication and building relationships with clients through in-person and virtual calls
  • Engaging in company culture
  • Obtaining and maintaining knowledge of services offered on company and client sides
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry regulations
  • Maintaining CRM daily with customer contacts and details

In addition, you will need to qualify potential clients to ensure a match for the Company's client criteria, identify and pursue key decision makers, and communicate with Company leadership on a regular basis.

A successful Business Development Executive at SummitHR must also be able to participate in events such as trade shows and/or sales conferences, stay abreast on current trends and industry changes, and strive to continuously meet or exceed performance goals and departmentally defined objectives.

Responsibilities include ability to travel based upon client or company needs.

We are looking for someone with executive presence to influence senior decision-makers, knowledge of Title, financial and servicing industry, and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of business sales experience, including a minimum of two years of successfully selling services, and ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategies.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
