Position Summary

The Community Lifestyle Manager plays a pivotal role in curating engaging programs and events for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination:
    - Act as the representative for all internal events at the clubhouse, ensuring a professional and consistent presence. Collaborate with external vendors during various events.
    - Work closely with the Event Director and Catering Director to plan and promote events that resonate with community interests.
    - Support daily clubhouse operations as necessary, including assisting with setup and breakdown of events.

  • Social Media Strategy:
    - Create and implement social media initiatives to boost community engagement and visibility.
    - Manage content on community platforms to keep residents informed and involved.

  • Internal Marketing Oversight:
    - Supervise all internal promotional materials, ensuring alignment with community branding.
    - Collaborate weekly with culinary staff to share specials and updates through various channels.
    - Maintain up-to-date information on the community's website and other communication platforms.

  • Monthly Communication Management:
    - Design and distribute the monthly newsletter, providing residents with essential updates on events and community news.
    - Ensure timely updates to all communication materials and platforms.

  • Community Engagement Initiatives:
    - Host monthly welcome sessions for new residents, introducing them to community amenities and offerings.
    - Build strong relationships with residents, incorporating their feedback into community initiatives.
    - Develop campaigns that encourage resident participation and foster a sense of belonging.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role involving event coordination and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong community engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • This position operates in an office and clubhouse environment, with some outdoor responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
