Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team at Inspired Living at Sun City Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing resident activities, events, and programs that promote a sense of community and well-being among our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Engagement: Assess resident interests and needs, and develop a calendar of events that cater to their preferences.
- Activity Coordination: Plan and execute daily activities, including entertainment, outings, and educational programs, within budget limitations.
- Marketing and Promotion: Organize quarterly events that can be used for marketing purposes, working closely with the Community Relations Director and other management staff.
- Transportation and Logistics: Provide and staff transportation for resident activities and outings, ensuring safe and efficient travel.
- Teamwork and Communication: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to assist others.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven management experience and ability to manage staff; minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
