Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Counselor to join our dynamic team at Aston Gardens at The Courtyards. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance the lives of seniors while achieving a competitive compensation package.
Schedule:
Weekdays with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Counselor, you will:
  • Engage with seniors and their families as they explore living options.
  • Present various lifestyle choices available within our community, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
  • Conduct tours of the community and host events to promote occupancy.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of five years of successful commission-based sales experience.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Expertise in identifying prospects' needs and motivations.
  • Strategic thinking skills to navigate objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in closing sales both in-person and over the phone.
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • A polished and professional demeanor that instills confidence.

Requirements:
Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with sales CRM systems for tracking leads and activities.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation package includes a base salary with commission potential, offering a total earning potential exceeding $75,000. In addition to a rewarding career, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with paid time off and holidays.

Eligible team members can also participate in our 401(k) plan with company matching, Employee Assistance Program, and accident insurance policies.
