Role Overview
This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance the lives of seniors while achieving a competitive compensation package exceeding $100K.
We are in search of sales professionals who excel in identifying sales motivations, nurturing relationships, addressing objections, and successfully closing deals.
While prior experience in senior living is not mandatory, a strong desire and determination to meet sales and occupancy targets is essential.
The compensation structure includes a base salary, significant commission potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with seniors, their families, and other key influencers as they explore vibrant living options.
- Present the various lifestyle choices available within our community (Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care) and tailor care services to meet individual needs.
- Conduct community tours and organize events to promote occupancy and engagement within the community.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of proven experience in commission-based sales.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
- Proficient in identifying prospects' sales motivations and needs.
- Quick and strategic thinker capable of overcoming objections.
- Proven ability to close sales both in-person and over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Professional demeanor that inspires confidence and trust.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with sales CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities.

- Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities, with earnings potential of $75,000 and above.
