The PROPERTY MANAGER is tasked with overseeing the comprehensive operational and financial management of their designated property while aligning with the company's objectives in these areas.

Success is achieved by optimizing performance across various domains, including personnel management, leasing, reputation management, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance.


Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Manage all facets of operating a multi-unit residential community, encompassing budgeting, physical services, marketing, leasing, and pricing strategies. Develop and implement a marketing and management strategy to sustain optimal occupancy rates, revenue, and property value. Effectively recruit, hire, train, motivate, counsel, and reward team members.

Oversee the financial performance of the property
Maximize net operating income through strategic cost control and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Supervise all rental activities
Direct marketing efforts and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local market
Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of rents while adhering to landlord/tenant regulations
Establish and communicate high expectations for staff, holding them accountable for their performance
Conduct thorough property inspections
Manage all maintenance operations and assist with emergency procedures as necessary.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Regional Director.

Qualifications:
Position Requirements

Two to five years of experience in residential property management. Familiarity with Fair Housing and Equal Employment Opportunity laws.
Demonstrated leadership experience in team building and effective management.
A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as YARDI.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed customer service and sales abilities.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the capability to lead and inspire others.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, which may include occasional travel to assist other locations and weekend work.

A valid Driver's License and automobile insurance are required.

Pay Range:
USD $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 /Yr.
