Position Overview:

We are seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to manage and optimize the sales cycle within your designated area. This role is crucial in providing outstanding service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exemplary, consultative customer service to coaches within your territory, striving to ease their workload.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate leads through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system for prospecting, account management, and tracking sales activities.
  • Enhance sales within existing accounts by offering services across all sports disciplines.
  • Leverage data analytics to uncover new trends and opportunities.
  • Manage your client portfolio and conduct in-person visits within your territory.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in the sporting goods sector, or a background in coaching/sports.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated involvement in the local community.
